Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how AGXORA (“AGXORA”, “we”, “us”) processes personal data when you visit https://agxora.de, create an account, or use the AGXORA platform.

2. Data we process

  • Account data: name, email, organization, and role.
  • Usage data: product interactions, device, and diagnostic logs.
  • Billing data: plan, invoices, and payment references from providers.
  • Support communications you send to us.
  • Organization records you enter: CRM customers, contacts, notes, document metadata, invoices, and delivery notes.
  • Connected accounts: when an organization connects YouTube, Gmail, or Instagram, AGXORA stores an account identifier and encrypted OAuth tokens for that connection. An Instagram connection also stores the Instagram username. When Instagram publishing is enabled and someone explicitly publishes, AGXORA sends one approved image and its caption to that Instagram account. AGXORA does not receive Instagram messages or insights. Facebook Pages connection is not available.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process data to provide the service (contract), secure the platform (legitimate interest), meet legal obligations, and—where required—with your consent (for example optional analytics or marketing).

4. Retention

CRM contacts, notes, and document metadata can be deleted in the product. Invoices, delivery notes, governed executions, and evidence are retained. This policy describes product behavior, not a separate legal retention schedule.

5. Sharing

We use vetted processors (hosting, email, payments) under appropriate contracts. We do not sell personal data.

6. Your rights

Signed-in organizations can download an export of their business data from Settings. CRM contacts, notes, and document metadata can be deleted. Invoices, delivery notes, executions, and evidence are retained. For other requests, contact [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
